Recipe:

Ingredients:
- 1 cup gluten-free flour
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1 scoop Vanilla Grass Fed Whey Protein Powder
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp poppyseeds
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- Toppings: blueberries, maple syrup, yogurt
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a bowl. Mix until combined. Add in the a few more tbsp of almond milk if needed.
- Spoon the batter into a greased frying pan and cook each side for 1-2 minutes.
- Add toppings and enjoy!
