Recipe: Makes 8-10
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 scoops Grass Fed Vanilla Whey Protein
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp melted coconut butter
Directions:
- Add all ingredients except for the coconut butter to a bowl.
- Mix until combined. Spoon batter into balls and flatten onto a parchment lined pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 10-15 min.
- Let cool and drizzle with melted coconut butter. Enjoy!
