INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs, whisked
- 2 scoops Progressive Harmonized Fermented Vegan Protein - Vanilla Maple Cookie Powder
- 6 teaspoons water or almond milk
- Coconut oil for greasing the pan
INSTRUCTIONS

Mix eggs, protein powder, and baking powder, and liquid until well combined.

Melt the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.

Using a 1/4 cup measure, pour the batter into the pan. They are ready to flip when bubbles start to form on the top.
