INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 scoop Harmonized Fermented Protein - Vanilla
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1/2 tbsp. of pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup ice
- **whipped cream (optional topping)
- **cinnamon (optional topping)
INSTRUCTIONS

Add ice, pumpkin purée and milk to the blender. Blend until smooth.

Add spice and protein powder. Blend to incorporate.

Pour into a glass and garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon, if desired. Serve immediately.
