INGREDIENTS
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of egg whites
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon of flaxseed meal
- 1 scoop Progressive Harmonized Fermented Vegan Protein - Vanilla Maple Cookie powder
- Coconut oil for greasing pan
INSTRUCTIONS

Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.

Melt the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.

Using a 1/4 cup measure, pour the batter into the pan. They are ready to flip when bubbles start to form on the top.
