- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 very ripe medium-sized banana, frozen
- 3/4 cup fat-free plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup crushed ice

Puree all ingredients until they are smooth and the ice is completely crushed. This smoothie serves two.

- 1 cup frozen cranberries
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- 1 pear
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, or other milk of choice

Whirl in blender until smooth. If it isn't thick enough, add 1 or 2 ice cubes.

- 1 ripe banana, frozen
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 tbsp. raisins
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp almonds
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
