Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups unsweetened desiccated coconut
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 scoops Progressive’s Complete Collagen - Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions:
- In a large bowl, mash bananas with a fork.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix until combined.
- Form dough into cookies and place onto a parchment-lined pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes and enjoy!
